1. Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Custom or made-to-order items may take longer—estimated dispatch times will be noted on the product page.

 

2. Shipping Options & Costs

We offer the following shipping methods:

UK Shipping:

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – £25.00

• Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – £50.00

International Shipping:

• Available to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination.

• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

 

3. Delivery & Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at ben@novusharrogate.co.uk

 

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs processing.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email ben@novusharrogate.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
