Refunds

At NOVUS, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our policy below.

 

1. Returns Eligibility

• You can return items within 7 days of receiving them.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• We do not accept returns on custom or final sale items.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at ben@novusharrogate.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions.

3. Send the item back using a trackable shipping service.

 

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days.

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

 

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.
